We are not your typical personal injury lawyers. We want you to get fair and just compensation for your injuries and losses. But we know that financial compensation doesn’t solve everything. Getting to the full truth and understanding all the causes of an accident can help you recover physically, emotionally, and financially.
We hold insurance companies and liable parties accountable to pay valid claims, fully compensate those who have suffered and make changes so that Maui is safer for everyone. If we need to go to trial to do that, then that’s what we will do.
We assist with thorough investigations, unrelenting advocacy, and honest answers. We love our island and are driven to make it the best place possible for residents and tourists.
We will not take a case unless we believe there is fair and reasonable recovery from an insurance company. And we will definitely not promise you an overinflated number only for you to be disappointed with the final outcome. One of the many reasons our clients repeatedly tell us we are fair, honest, and trustworthy.
See how we helped this family heal by going above and beyond and not accepting the easy answer.
A Maui woman was killed in a car accident and the police ruled it a suicide, but her family wanted more answers.
Kelley and Wilkins hired an accident reconstruction expert to analyze the evidence and the details they uncovered ruled out suicide and identify the responsible party.
The victim’s family was able to process their grief, understand the full truth, and receive fair compensation for the accident.
We want our clients to find justice and make Maui a better place for everyone. Beyond finding the truth, we are committed to giving back. Read more about our commitment to giving back and making Maui a better place to live.
